This document outlines how PureRelic handles user data across its services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and any content you upload (tracks, cover art, audio files). We also collect transaction details such as purchase amounts and payout account information for creators.

Usage data, including plays, likes, and device information, is collected automatically to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, process payments and withdrawals, deliver purchased content, communicate with you, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles all sensitive payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Creator Earnings & Withdrawals

Creator earnings are tracked in an internal wallet. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually by platform administrators using the payout details you provide. We retain withdrawal records for accounting purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (such as Stripe) strictly to operate the platform, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts and associated uploads are removed, though transaction records may be kept for legal and accounting requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact the platform creators through the in-app inquiry feature.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Contact

For any questions about this policy, reach out through the Profile → Inbox section of the app or contact the platform creators directly.
